Is the HTML safe to put on my site?
The preview runs in a sandbox with scripts disabled. Raw HTML inside your Markdown is passed through as it is, so only convert Markdown you trust, or clean the HTML before publishing.
Is my text uploaded?
No. Conversion happens in your browser and the text is not put into the page link.
